Introducing a new look and story for Laguna Park Residences

Weststar Media was commissioned to develop a brochure for Laguna Park Residences, a new waterfront development in Lagos. The reframed narrative and new brand design brings clarity and impact to how the project is presented.

The brief was to create a brand-led piece that communicated the project’s vision of a connected community within the new mixed-use neighbourhood, with masterplanned residential and commercial zones including the exciting Yaba Digital District.

From brochure to brand

Working closely with our client Berkly, an international Nigerian real estate company, we created a new story arc and visual style for Laguna Park Residences based upon life along the lagoon. As part of this we developed a new brand identity, with a contemporary and enduring feel.

Using generative AI tools together with manual retouching, we transformed existing assets and created others from scratch to demonstrate the cohesive vision for the development.

The new brochure represents a fresh positioning for Laguna Park Residences - with striking imagery, clear messaging and confident expression of the development’s investment, commercial and lifestyle opportunities.
